As we begin to settle back in to doing the things we love, the WTW & Scott Cinema Group has been hard at work making sure our venues are even safer so that you can continue to enjoy new movies with a captivated audience. These procedures have been developed in line with Government guidance. When visiting the cinema, things may work a little differently for now - here's some of the core new policies and procedures you can expect to find when you visit us...

FACE COVERINGS

It is now a requirement to wear a face covering in cinemas in England. This can be taken off to eat food and drink when in your seat inside the auditorium. Please do not leave your face coverings in the cinema after the show.

WATCHING A MOVIE

All auditoria are limited to a maximum of 35% of their physical capacity. Only alternate rows of seats are in use and nobody will be sat beside you.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

While queuing, please keep 1m away from the person in front of you. Please be respectful of other people when walking to or from the toilets as space is very limited in these areas. Please follow staff instructions when leaving the cinema.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

Advance Booking is strongly advised - the booking fee has temporarily been reduced to allow for this. Some snacks and drinks may not be available. Please try to pay by card or contactless where possible.

HEALTH & HYGIENE

Screens are installed at all service points. Please use the hand sanitiser provided around the building. Staff are regularly disinfecting all contact points in the building and have all the necessary PPE required in order to safely do their jobs.

GENERAL FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT, PART TIME & FULL TIME AVAILABLE

Our uniformed front of house assistants are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at all times. As a front of house assistant you will be trained in all areas of general service including screen attendance, ticket sales, refreshment sales, bar sales and auditoria cleaning. 

You will need to be flexible as we don't close up until late in the evening, presentable, and legally entitled to work in the UK. Ideally we're looking for someone who has completed any further full time education, to ensure maximum flexibility in what can be a varied and dynamic shift structure.

•    Applicants for this position must be aged 16 or over, and must have left school

•    Minimum of 8 hours per week, maximum of 35, comprising weekend and evening shifts with regular opportunities for extra hours covering holidays and sickness. Must include one weekend shift.

•    Rates of pay follow National Minimum Wage & Living Wage rates
