Our VIP Screen consists of 12 luxurious recliner seats and VIP Bar & Lounge options for an exclusive and intimate venue for any celebration or event.

Our top quality cinema technology can be used to experience presentations, gaming, hired movie screenings, or even show your own video content in the best way possible!

GAMING HIRE

You can play your favourite games on the big screen!

Bring your console along to the VIP Screen, and play those titles you want to experience, not just play! We can also connect your console to the internet for online gaming!

For £150, this gives you the time to really get stuck in!

You'll have the space for up to 3 hours.

FILM HIRE

Want to see THAT film in the best way possible? Then the VIP Screen is the answer! 

You can hire the screen to watch a film on release, or we can bring one in from the studios for you. You, and eleven guests will experience the film, not just watch one, in our recliner chairs, wall to wall screen, and 7.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound.

This exclusive screening doesn't have to come with a heavy price tag! For a film, we're showing, it's a set price of £210 (£17.50 per head if all twelve seats are filled) or if you there is a certain film you want to see back on the big screen, we can bring this in from the studios (cinema grade vision and sound!) for £350 (£29.16 per head if all twelve seats are filled).

Bringing a home movie to see on the big screen? We can do that too! For £150, we'll play your own creations on the big screen for up to 3 hours! 

VIP BAR & LOUNGE

To make your event even more luxurious you can relax and enjoy your private bar & lounge before and after your VIP film. With a wide range of food and drinks options from traditional movie snacks and concessions to buffets and alcoholic drinks.

We offer fresh popped popcorn, along with a wide range of snacks and paninis from our cafe. Additionally, we work with Simply Somerset, to have buffets brought in to suit your needs.

VENUE HIRE BASIC TERMS

All venue hire bookings need to be cleared by WTW-SCOTT Cinemas Ltd Head Office, including the film programming team. For contractural reasons in relation to standard film screenings, we can be under no obligation to accept all requests.

In all cases, a security deposit of £100.00 (paid by cash, cheque or credit/debit card) is required within 7 days of you event being confirmed. If the event is cancelled by the client less than 7 days beforehand, the deposit will become non-refundable and non-transferable. The remainder of the final price must be paid before the event, up to and including the start time. If the outstanding balance is not paid prior to the start time, then the hire will not continue.

If you are an educational establishment or a limited company, we can invoice the complete amount for payment by BACS or cheque.

All Venue Hire parties are expected to abide by our standard Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase

British Board of Film Classification ratings still apply for all attendees.
